Refund policy

At Plaidy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must still be attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Any item that is returned damaged, used, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€ or โ€œClearanceโ€

  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper care

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer service team at info@plaidy-eg.com within 14 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval:
    Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship Back:
    Send the product back to us using a trusted courier service. The return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund:
    Once received, your item will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for card payments) or as store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for another size or color:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired product is not available, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit instead.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item:

  • Please contact us immediately at info@plaidy-eg.com with your order number and photos of the product.

  • We will arrange a free exchange or replacement as soon as possible.


6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer upon approval.
